All returns and exchanges must be made within 10 business days of the date on your delivery. IF the item is a gift we can adjust the 10 day rule. We do not accept returns on custom leather orders and custom engraving orders. However, if an error has been made - we are more than happy to work with you to correct the order. We are unable to accept products that have been used or worn, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
The material and workmanship that goes into every Quillin Leather Product is our commitment to excellence and decades of traditional craftsmanship. That being said - our products are not indestructible, but can last years with minimal care and proper use.
We charge a $12.50 plate mountain fee plus any applicable return shipping. We will bill you via Paypal to speed your exchange along.

Your Shipping Charge from Quillin's in Paris Ky is just that and DOES NOT include EXPORT Duty, Taxes or other fees that may be associated with your order - shipped outside the US. We have no control over these charges and we cannot credit your account for returned merchandise that you may refuse due to these unanticipated FEES. Shipping Rates reflect the current UPS Chargers. We may use USPS for smaller items it if offers a savings that we can pass along.
Rush and Special Order Items.
Our rush fee is $25 dollars - this is not to assure a delivery date or holiday delivery and is meant for customers with with less than 3 items.
This moves you to the next weeks work order - not first in line. Large Orders May take longer. Please expect added delivery time during Sales Season and December Holidays.
Custom orders carry a minimum 20% additional charge and can add 4- 6 weeks to the order delivery.
