Where's My Stuff?

When we receive a note regarding an 7 day old custom order:

"Will this order ship out today? We are headed to a show and really need these ASAP!"

We have to wonder how our message of handcrafted and made to order missed the mark. True, we are in a better spot than we have ever been with our halter inventory. But considering the small batch nature of our business, seasonal Thoroughbred Sales AND the nameplate engraving queue - we are 2 - 3 weeks on most halters orders. We recommend that you allow an additional 7-10 days on our made to order Black Halters and Shanks. 

So order with this delivery window PLUS the time in transit (shipping). Unfortunately we are not in the position of offering a RUSH option on our orders - so please order in a timely fashion.
