Halter Plate Belt. These belts are made of the highest quality hand selected 12-13 ounce English Finished Bridle Leather. Solid brass name plate and fittings for lasting and robust good looks. Black belts come with Silver buckle and name plate. We have produced these belt since the late 70s and it's not uncommon to have them last 15 - 20 years.

Bridle leather is known for its toughness, making it the best quality material to craft leather goods from. While surface scratches may occur over time, the natural oils within the leather will gradually buff these out. However, if you'd like to expedite the process, a good quality leather conditioner or saddle soap can be applied with a soft cloth to buff out any surface scratches.
