Great lead shank!

I love this shank. It's soft and supple. Matchs the halter great! It's long, but not hard to handle at all. I don't know if I could ever go back to the plain old tack shop halters and shanks.

Name plates on these halter are a brass that is nickle plated
goes great wit our new stainless steel black Halters!

Our Barn Lead Shanks are great for the shed row or paddock.
Stainless Steel chain and snap, 1 inch hand selected heavy back strap is available with an engraved name plate. Hand oiled and rubbed with creased edges makes this an extremely durable, good looking shank.
Over 7 feet total length and 30 inch chain lengths are available, as well as a soft bag leather chain cover.
Matches our Halters.

DO NOT use our leather shank to TIE a horse up - a 1000+ pound horse WILL rip the leather, break the stitching AND stretch and break the chain!! Damage of this nature is rather obvious and not covered under any warranty.
