Quillin Leather & Tack, Inc. offers the following Returns Policy: A return authorization number must be obtained in order to return any items. To obtain the return authorization number please call 859-987-0215. Some items may be subject to a restocking fee.

Custom made items, engraved plates and special order items may not be returned.

Credit Card Orders Your card is usually charged when you place your order, as long as the items are in stock. If your order contains custom made / engraved or backordered items, the backordered, custom made / engraved portion will not be charged to your account when the item(s) becomes available (are made) and invoiced when shipped. There are some exceptions with orders that contain items requiring freight delivery or that are sent directly from our vendors.
